Returns Policy – Desicare Organics LLC


· Return Window: 14 days from delivery. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours.

· Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and with intact hygiene seals. Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene/safety reasons.

· Non-returnable: Personalized items, gift cards, and any product with a broken seal.

· Return Costs:

· Change of mind – customer pays return shipping (AED 20–60). Original shipping is non-refundable.

· Defective/wrong item – we cover return shipping and refund in full.

· Refunds: Processed within 3 business days of inspection; refunds appear in 7–14 business days. A 15% restocking fee may apply to change-of-mind returns.

· Process: Email us for authorization before shipping any return.
